Dear dance professional,

Before you send us your request using the form, we would like to inform you about the collection and processing of personal data.

When you submit your request, Dachverband Tanz Deutschland e.V. will include your data in a HELP-DANCE data pool in order to process your request and possibly put you in touch with suitable organisations within the dance sector. You can read the agreement on inclusion in this data pool and the data processing information here. When filling out the form you will be asked to confirm that you have read this agreement.

You may also send us your application documents if you wish. These documents may include the following:

Curriculum vitae (CV)
Certificates
Letters of recommendation
Motivation letter
Video links (internet links and any relevant login details only)

Please understand that we can only accept documents with a maximum size of 10 MB.

By submitting your request, you enter into an agreement with Dachverband Tanz Deutschland regarding the inclusion of your data in its data pool. Please read the terms of use and privacy information carefully and indicate your agreement by checking the box:

Archiving of name

I am aware of the data collected and the purpose for which it is processed and hereby consent to the storage of all data in the DTD archive and the forwarding and processing of this data within DTD beyond the term of this agreement and also beyond the period covered by the HELP-DANCE placement programme and the related communications and (storage) obligations in accordance with Sections 3.1 to 3.4 of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Information (Article 6 (1) sentence 1 a) GDPR.

NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO DATA TRANSFER TO MICROSOFT CORPORATION

Dachverband Tanz Deutschland currently uses products and services of Microsoft Corporation (versions of the Microsoft 365 service) based in the USA for the internal processing of requests. Although Microsoft has adopted the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses in the license agreements for its products offered in the EU, the European Court of Justice considers the level of data protection in the USA inadequate by EU standards. There is therefore a risk that your data may be processed by US courts, US law enforcement agencies and national security agencies in accordance with their laws for monitoring and surveillance purposes, possibly without any means of redress. If you click "Yes", you consent to the potential processing of your personal data in the USA in accordance with part (a) of Article 49 (1) (1) GDPR.

Submit

Possible errors in the information provided in the form will only be flagged after you have clicked the "Send" button. The form will then highlight any field requiring changes. If everything is filled in correctly, you will receive a preview of your information when submitting your request, which you can use to check your request for completeness and accuracy. As soon as you click "Next", a verification link will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. The application will be submitted once you have clicked the link in the e-mail and can see a confirmation page.
